Capturing Opportunities
Capturing Opportunities is coming up April 21-23, 2010 in Brandon, Manitoba. There is a terrific line-up of speakers and events with the key theme for this year's event being "Infrastructure: A Tool for Economic Development - Shaping Assets Into Business Profits". On Wednesday, April 21 we will be offering professional development programming especially for EDAM members, followed by our annual general meeting at the end of the day.

Brock Dickinson
1:00 p.m. Brandon's Business Retention and Expansion Strategy - Gerald Cathcart will be providing an overview of
Brandon's BR&E, sharing both the process and lessons learned.
2:30 p.m. Economic Development Panel -
EDOs will discuss job descriptions, structures and experiences
of economic development delivery in Manitoba.
4:30 p.m. EDAM Annual Meeting
8:00 p.m. A hospitality event will be held at the Super 8 Breakfast
Room - all EDAM members welcome to attend.
